The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Renita Hall conducted an unannounced case management visit to follow up on an incident reported to Community Care Licensing. LPA met with the Director and discussed the purpose of the visit.

LPA conducted a health and safety check on the facility. During the visit, LPA observed the clients, reviewed the environment, and assessed for any health or safety risks. LPA noted that all clients appeared in good health with no signs of distress. There were no safety hazards observed. Staff were attentive to clients' needs. LPA collected resident records and personnel records. Further investigation is needed, and future visits may be necessary to determine the outcome. No deficiencies were cited on this visit.

An exit interview was conducted with the Director. A copy of this report and Licensee's Rights (LIC 9058 03/22) were provided to the Director and her signature on this report confirms receipt of the Licensee Rights.
