The inspector’s account

Staff interviews confirmed medical treatment was not needed outside of first aid. Staff cleaned the red area with antiseptic, applied antibiotic ointment, and scheduled an appointment with C1's physician. C1 was evaluated by their physician on 05/31/23, no treatment was rendered as it was not necessary. There were no new orders or follow up required. Client interviews were unsuccessful.

During the course of the investigation, interviews were conducted, and records were reviewed. Investigation revealed inconsistent statements and information obtained did not present a preponderance of evidence to support or corroborate the allegation. The allegation is deemed unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report along with Licensee Rights (LIC 9058 01/16) were provided to Administrator, Yuri Vega whose signature below confirms receipt of these rights.
