Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

On May 14, 2025, Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) Enforcement Analyst, Adrian Mangina arrived at the business office of Perfect Purpose Home Care Solutions for a Biennial inspection. Upon arrival, the Enforcement Analyst identified herself and was greeted by Owner Candace Thrower. Analyst Mangina observed the proper posting of business hours and license. Analyst was provided an area in which the review of personnel and administrative files could be performed. Owner provided Analyst with proof of valid professional liability policy, worker's compensation, and dishonesty bond. There are no clients and no Home Care Aides employed at this time. EA did not review employee files, rather reviewed Post Licensing training.

Upon completion of the file review Analyst discussed the findings of the inspection with Ms. Thrower and informed Owner that no discrepancies were found.
