Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Becky Kennedy conducted a visit to the facility. LPA identified herself and met with Ozz Daynes, Executive Director, and explained the reason for the visit was to sign an amended report.
The only business conducted during this visit was signing the amended report.
No violations were observed during the visit.
