Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hannah Rodgers conducted an unannounced case management visit to deliver an amended report. LPA was greeted by, identified themselves to, and explained the purpose of the visit with Executive Director Ozz Daynes.
During today’s visit, LPA obtained Executive Director Ozz Daynes' signature on the amended report dated April 15, 2025.
