Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marisela Garcia-Centeno conducted an unannounced Required Annual Inspection. During an inspection, LPA conducted a case management visit as well.
During today's visit, LPA reviewed the following regulations with Administrator Caro:
Fire clearance requirements (side gates need to remain unlocked)
Background check requirements for any adult over the age of 18 visiting for extended periods.
No violations were cited during today's visit.
An exit interview was conducted with Administrator Caro. A copy of this report and the Licensee/Appeal Rights (LIC9058 03/22) were provided during the visit.
