Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marisela Garcia-Centeno conducted a case Management visit during an annual inspection. LPA was greeted by, Licensee, Esther Camagay. All staff present have a current criminal record clearance.
During today's visit, LPA Garcia-Centeno discussed reporting requirements and hospice exceptions. LPA issued an advisory technical advise during this visit. LIcensee, Camagay , completed and submitted to CCL an LIC624 for an incident the occurred March 26, 2026 as required.
