Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marisela Garcia-Centeno conducted an unannounced case management visit at the facility. LPA was greeted at the front entrance by Caregiver, Irma Sunga and granted entry after identifying herself. LPA explained the purpose of the visit to House Manager, Jessica Enriquez.
During the visit, LPA Garcia-Centeno discuss the Title 22 regulation requirement for pool access security, water temperature, and facility records.
An exit interview was conducted with House Manager, Jessica Enriquez a copy of this report, and Licensee/Appeals Rights (LIC 9058 01/16) was provided.
