Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Javier Prieto arrived to the facility to conduct interviews with staff and residents pertaining to complaint #56-AS-202301084530. LPA Prieto met with Administrator Garcia who assist LPA with tour of facility and introduction to residents. LPA interviewed staff and residents during this visit.
