Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michelle Echeverria conducted an unannounced visit to this facility to initiate a post licensing inspection. LPA met with Licensee, David Adubi.

During today's visit, LPA conducted a health and safety inspection, reviewed records, and did a walk-through of the facility. LPA found no current issues.

An exit interview was conducted where this report, LIC809 was discussed and provided to Licensee, David Adubi.
