Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) LaVette Farlow conducted an unannounced visit to the facility to clear deficiencies cited on 1/26/2026, for regulations 87309(a) and 87303(e)(6). LPA met with Licensee Ruth Chinovsky and explained the purpose of the visit. During the visit LPA Farlow was escorted on a tour of the facility by Licensee Ruth.
During todays visit no deficiency were cited. An exit interview was conducted where copy of this report LIC809, were provided to Licensee Ruth Chinovsky.
