Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Edith Conchas made an unannounced visit to conduct a case management visit regarding annual follow up from January 15th, 2026. LPA met with Irene Capili Marcharelli, administrator.
During today’s visit, LPA conducted a facility tour and requested pertinent documents.
Liability insurance and bond was active. Room 211 has been renovated. LPA observed administrator has implemented a new money management system in which each clients funds are maintained and tracked separately, administrator stated is still proactive and still working on it. LPA observed food handling training has been completed for the current staff. Emergency and Disaster Preparedness plan was updated and the facility had created their own client and staff roster in which was also updated.
During a tour LPA observed the following and citations were issued.
An unlocked closet with access to chemicals.
Hot water temperature in the restroom exceeded 130 degrees Fahrenheit that was not labeled.
