Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Paola Guerrero and Andrew Martinez made an unannounced visit to the facility. The purpose of the visit was to conduct a required comprehensive annual inspection LPAs met with Program Director Johnny Winsser and was granted entry to the facility. The facility is an Adult Day Program (ADP), certified vendor for Inland Regional Center (IRC) , licensed capacity is (30) current census (0). LPAs were accompanied by Program Director, to conduct a general overall inspection, which included, but was not limited to, the following:
Physical Plant: The facility is operating in the capacity approved by Community Care Licensing (CCL). There are no obstructions to indoor and outdoor passageways. The facility is maintained at a comfortable temperature. LPAs inspected facility activity room, and bathrooms, LPAs observed all rooms to be equipped with the required furniture. LPAs observed sufficient furniture and lighting throughout the facility. The facility is equipped with operating smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms. Posters such as personal rights, the CCL complaint poster, and the disaster plan were posted in a common area. Cleaning supplies, toxins, and other dangerous items were kept inaccessible to clients in care. There was a designated storage space for client/staff files. Overall, the facility is clean, in good repair, and operating in safe conditions for clients in care.
Food Service: The facility currently has a census of zero.
Care & Supervision: Facility has sufficient care staff to cover program operation hours: 5 days a week, and 6 billing hours. All staff members working in the facility have criminal record clearance through the department.
