Licensing Program Analyst, Amber Coleman, (LPA) arrived at the Montclair Royale Senior Living Facility to obtain a signature on an Amended Report. LPA met with Care Coordinator Asst., Gwen Galvan who signed report.
No deficiencies observed during visit. An exit interview was conducted, this report was discussed, reviewed then provided to facility representative.
