Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bernadette Allen made an unannounced visit to amend the report for complaint #56-AS-20230613150538 previously issued on June 21,2023. LPA met with Mercedes Trujillo-BOM and discussed the purpose of today’s visit.
An exit interview was conducted with Mercedes Trujillo and a copy of this report with 9099 was provided at the conclusion of the visit.
