Regional Manager (RM) Leslie Mendiveles conducted a Case Management Visit. During visit, RM conducted an inspection of facility premises and observed and spoke with residents in care.
Food supply and resident medications were inspected. RM met with Henry Cachapero administrator. Also present during visit was Maria Victoria Cachapero, caregiver.
At this time, no deficiencies are issued. No immediate health and safety concerns noted.
