Complaint Investigation Report
Regarding the allegation, staff are not meeting resident's needs, six (6) staff interviews reveal, staff is meeting the needs of residents in care. Seven (7) resident interviews reveal, staff is providing the care, support, and supervision needed to meet their needs.
Based on LPA observations, pertinent document review, and interviews with staff and residents, the allegations are Unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.
An exit interview was conducted where this report was discussed and a copy with appeal rights was provided to the Administrator at the conclusion of the visit.
