Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Magda Malcore made an unannounced visit to the facility to conduct a required annual inspection. LPA was granted entry and met with Licensee, Valencia Johnson. The facility is a certified Inland Regional Center (IRC) vendor with a license capacity of (3) clients and a current census of (0) clients.

During today's visit, Licensee stated that there are currently no staff and no clients in care. The facility is currently being rented out to two (2) private parties. The Licensee stated that they want to continue with facility operations and are awaiting clients.

LPA informed the Licensee that once clients are admitted into the facility, to notify Community Care Licensing Division. The Licensee was also informed that under Health and Safety Code Section 1534 (a) (1)(A) the facility shall be subject to unannounced visits by the department.

An exit interview was conducted where this report was discussed and a copy was provided to Licensee Johnson at the conclusion of the visit.
