Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

Enforcement Analyst (EA), Jane Cong-Huyen, with the Home Care Services Branch (HCSB) conducted an onsite inspection for the purpose of a biennial visit. The EA met with licensee, Gloria Razo. The EA observed the posting of the license and operating business hours. Business operating hours are from 9am-5pm, Mondays and Tuesdays.

During the inspection, the EA reviewed personnel records for licensee. Licensee has fingerprint clearance. She states she is currently not providing care at this time due to no clients and is having a hard time hiring any HCAs. She is planning to hire HCAs when she acquires clients. The HCO’s business records including document for designee include insurance, bond and worker's comp requirements were also reviewed during the visit.

EA Cong-Huyen found the HCO in compliance and no deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report (HCS809), was provided to the licensee/HCO representative, Gloria Razo, via email.
