Facility Evaluation Report
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Magda Malcore conducted an unannounced required 1-year visit to the facility. LPA met with Licensee, Victor Chiumia and discussed the purpose of the visit.
The facility is an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) with a license capacity of (5) and a current census of (0). The facility is pending Inland Regional Center vendor certification and currently has no staff or clients in care. LPA conducted an overall inspection of the facility, which included, but was not limited to, the following:
Indoor and outdoor passageways are kept free of obstruction. The backyard is enclosed with latching gates and has a shaded area for client activities. No bodies of water were observed. The facility is maintained at a temperature of 75 degrees fahrenheit (F). The facility is equipped with operating smoke/carbon monoxide alarms, charged fire extinguishers, and first aid kit. The facility has posted in a common area, client personal rights, emergency telephone numbers, visitor policy, evacuation sketch, and Community Care Licensing Complaint poster. The facility has a locked storage cabinet were client medications will be stored. There is a designated cabinet were client and staff files will be stored. The facility has sufficient nonperishable and perishable storage areas. Freezers and refrigerators are maintained in a safe and healthful manner. Utensils, cups and plates are clean. The facility has a locked storage room for storing chemicals and cleaning supplies. The Licensee was informed that the facility's licensing fees are due on August 21, 2026. Client bedrooms are equipped with beds, bed linen, nightstands, and sufficient lighting.
