Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michelle Echeverria conducted an unannounced case management visit for the purpose of a health and safety check and to obtain documents. LPA was greeted and explained the reason for the visit to Maintenance Manager, Juan Castro.
During today's visit, LPA conducted observations by touring the facility and obtained facility records.
