Facility Evaluation Report

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michelle Echeverria conducted an unannounced visit to this facility to deliver a deficiency discovered during records review. LPA met with Licensee, MD Maneesh Singhal, Administrator, Jasmine Weber and Business Manager, Jennifer Uriza.

During records review, LPA found the following issue:

Facility is not following their plan of operations: " Foremost Retirement Resort may accept up to 20% of their occupancy under the age of 60 if those people have compatible needs to the others residing in Foremost Retirement Resort and supervision of those people will be similar to other, older residents."

During record review, LPA observed that the facility had 30 out 83 residents under the age of 60, exceeding the 20% of their occupancy.

This poses a potential health and safety risk to residents in care. Refer to LIC 809D for deficiencies cited.

An exit interview was conducted where this report, LIC809, LIC809D, and appeal rights were discussed with and provided to the Administrator, Jasmine Weber.
