Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Magda Malcore conducted an unannounced case management visit to the facility. LPA met with Administrator, Robert Rogovin. The purpose of the visit was to obtain signature on an amended report, related to complaint control #56-AS-20241014093515 that was previously issued on 10/21/2024.
An exit interview was conducted. Copies of signed reports were provided to Administrator Rogovin at the conclusion of the visit.
