Facility Evaluation Report

On 04/28/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Beena Singh arrived at the facility to conduct a Case Management Visit for a health and safety check for inspection on fire strobes installation and approved by the fire department on 04/13/2026. LPA met with Facility Licensee Satinder pal Rai and Administrator Ravandeep Kaur stated purpose of the visit.

During today's visit, LPA did a walk through the facility and Licensee checked the fire strobe system. No imminent health and safety danger has been observed by LPA Singh. Facility is ready for clients with hearing impairments in regards to fire strobes installed.

No deficiencies were observed during this visit. An exit interview was conducted where this report was, reviewed, discussed and then provided to Facility Licensee Satinder pal Rai at the conclusion of this visit.
