Facility Evaluation Report
On 05/27/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Beena Singh made an announced visit to the facility. LPA arrived at the facility to conduct a case management visit as facility has a change of location The facility will officially relocate once the pre-licensing process for the new location is fully completed. LPA Singh explained the purpose of the visit to Facility manager Kadisha Scaife. Licensee/Administrator Latanya Hughes was contacted and informed of the visit and arrived during the visit. LPA met with Licensee/Administrator Latanya Hughes and explained the purpose of today's visit. The facility has four (4) bedrooms, two (2) and 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, attached garage, and backyard. The facility is vendorized by Inland Regional Center (IRC). The facility is operating in the capacity approved by Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD), LPA Singh observed no clients during the visit, Administrator Latanya informed that they are at the day program. There are no obstructions to indoor and outdoor passageways. The facility is maintained at a comfortable temperature of 73 degrees Fahrenheit.
LPA Singh inspected client bedrooms; they are equipped with required furniture such as: mattresses, night stands, bedside storage space and sufficient lighting. LPA also observed enough bed linens for all the clients in care.
Licensee Latanya Hughes informed LPA Singh that all furniture items currently located on the Patio and within Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, and 4 will be completely relocated to the new destination. The moving process requires a direct, room-to-room transfer, meaning all outdoor seating and tables from the original patio will be placed on the new patio, while the entire contents of each individual bedroom—including beds, dressers, desks, and associated decor—will be systematically moved into their corresponding numbered bedrooms at the new location .
