LPA interviewed Staff #2, Staff #3 and Staff #4 and asked if they ever witnessed Staff #1 hit client[s] while in care; Staff #2, Staff #3, and Staff #4 stated that they have not witnessed Staff #1 hit client[s] while in care. Due to a lack of information, the above allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED at this time.
