Complaint Investigation Report
The allegation that Staff are not meeting clients needs. Three (3) staff interviewed stated that staff are meeting the clients needs. The 1 to 1 clients are being assisted based on their hours approved by their physicians order. Four (4) clients interviewed stated that their 1 to 1 staff do assist them when needed. They stated that staff are doing their jobs and they feel safe with the staff.
Based on evidence obtained during this investigation, the allegations above are Unsubstantiated; meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.
An exit interview was conducted where this report was discussed and a copy of this report was provided to Candis Haslacker, Residential Manager at the conclusion of the visit.
