Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michelle Echeverria attempted to conduct an unannounced case management visit. LPA rang door bell and knocked 3x with no response. LPA called Licensee,
Byron Simpson and stated that no one was home and client was at People's Care Program (Caridad Barajona). LPA informed Byron that documents had to be reviewed before initiating closure. Byron stated that client will be back by 2:30pm.
