Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPA met with Ederlinda Noval (Staff) and explained the purpose of the visit.
The facility reported two positive cases of Covid. The facility requested N-95 mask, LPA provided the mask and technical support to the facility. The residents are isolating in there rooms and are Asymptomatic.
No deficiencies were observed pursuant to Title 22 rules and regulations, Health and Safety Codes.
