Facility Evaluation Report

On 5/5/25 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Holly Williams conducted a case management and to clear plan of correction. LPA met with administrator Aaron Fintel and a brief interview was conducted.

Census is 4 and the facility has a hospice waiver for 6 residents.

LPA conducted a record review of the training for the 2 staff members and it was complete.

Fintel stated that the licensee Rupneet Brar is selling the house and that they are trying to get the 60 days notice together to deliver to the residents. Fintel said inspectors for pests and a regular house inspection has been conducted. Fintel said the appraisal has also been done. Fintel stated he heard close of escrow was 5/7/2025. LPA gave Fintel Title 22 CCR regulations on Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) evictions and explained that the 60 day notice needs to have an effective date and to include available resources for alternative housing.

Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was left with Fintel.
