Facility Evaluation Report
On 4/11/25 at 1:00 P.M. Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Cynthia Tamayo and Kevin Gould arrived at Sacramento Senior Living III for the purpose of conducting a change of facility ownership pre-licensing inspection. LPAs met with Licensee, Salote Lewis, and Administrator, Tevita Kaloulasulasu e, and together conducted a tour of the home. There are currently four resident in care.
The facility has a fire clearance for 6 non-ambulatory clients. LPAs and Administrator evaluated the physical plant to ensure the health and safety of the residents in care. Areas inspected are including but not limited to the kitchen, resident bedrooms; living and dining room and outdoor areas. LPAs observed the facility to be free of odor and clean. LPAs observed that all rooms are equipped with the required furniture and sufficient lighting throughout the facility. LPAs observed resident bathroom vanities are in need of repair. Licensee informed maintenance for the bathroom fixtures are scheduled to be completed by 4/25/25.
LPA Tamayo observed the facility thermostat is measured at 80*F which is within the regulation of 68*F to 85*F.
