Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kevin Gould conducted an unannounced inspection to conduct a required 1 year annual inspection at the facility licensed at this address. LPA was to conduct an annual at Sweet Magnolia Procare. Upon entry LPA was informed that the licensed facility is currently under the name of this report, Loving Grace Carehome.

LPA has determined the currently licensed as Sweet Magnolia is no longer in operation and is operating under this current license. The department will close the license for sweet magnolia. No annual inspection was conducted as this facility was licensed in April 2025.
