Licensing Program Analyst Hiratsuka, conducted this unannounced case management visit in response to the facility moving the residents back from a temporary hotel stay. The residents were temporarily relocated to a hotel between May 3, 2026 to May 29, 2026.
LPA toured the facility. The floor is not yet complete. There are still some tests that are being conducted for the concrete. There is a plan for when the testing is done and when the flooring is going to be installed.
LPA requested a plan to be submitted to Community Care Licensing Division regarding the flooring to be installed to ensue it minimizes the affects on the residents.
