On January 7, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived at the facility to conduct a case management visit. LPA met with staff and explained the purpose of the visit.
The purpose of today’s visit is in response to Licensee’s request for a copy of facility roster on Guardian. Today’s visit, LPA provided facility a hard copy of the roster for each of Licensee’s facilities.
