On June 20, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) DeAnna Williams-Lyons arrived unannounced to confirm that a staff no longer works at the facility. LPA spoke with Sharrae Elston, the Executive Director stated he is not working there and has not worked there for 4 years in 2020.
