Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Bethany Mirlohi arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPA met with caregiver Adilina Tuiloma during today's visit. Upon arrival there was 1 caregiver available until 10 am when a 2nd caregiver arrived.
During today's inspection LPA toured the facility and observed resident rooms, common areas, kitchen, outdoor area, and staff area. LPA reviewed 6 of 6 resident files. LPA reviewed 6 of 6 resident medications comparing with physician orders and current MARS.
During today's visit, no deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted.
