On January 15, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived at the facility to conduct a collateral visit. LPA met with staff and explained the purpose of the visit.
Today's visit, LPA conducted an interview with C1 regarding a concern that is not related to the facility.
In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were observed at the time of the visit.
