According to records submitted to the Department, Administrator Linda asked OA why R2's lab order was not being put on that file" OA answered excuse me? Administrator Linda stated because we are Caucasian, we don't belong anywhere, You and all your people can keep this country. OA replied "me and my people" then..mocked me speaking Spanish and saying I give better service to Hispanic patients." According to records submitted, Administrator Linda was talked to on 10/04/23 by OA and Administrator Linda was said to say the following: "I was a white breeder and do not discriminate it's your Hispanic culture particularly your women that discriminates us white". "Your culture and your women raise your small girls to discriminate and hate white women like me". "Of course you are going to come in and defend your staff and be on [their] side because you people stick together." Your culture has been planing to take over this country for years and it's working"
According to an interview with OA, Administrator Linda is no longer allowed to bring in residents to their appointments.
According to an interview with Administrator Linda, the allegations are false and only a question of the files were said to OA. Administrator Linda stated absolutely not and does not remember when asked if the comments were said to OA.
According to an interview with R2 and R3, they have not witnessed or personally experienced any staff members making in appropriate comments or engaging in verbal altercations. R2 and R3 do not remember any comments or arguments happening when they went to their appointments. According to an interview with R1, R1 is afraid of Administrator Linda.
According to interviews with facility staff, staff stated Administrator Linda is nice and polite to the clients and have not observed Linda act any other way.
Due to the above noted information, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, and therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. Per California Code of Regulations (CCRs) - Title 22, Division 6, , no deficiencies cited. An exit interview was held, and a copy of report was left at the facility.
