Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived unannounced at the facility to conduct a required annual inspection utilizing the care tool. LPA met with Executive Director and explained the purpose of the visit.
Prior to entering facility, LPA wore a N-95 mask due to reports of COVID-19 outbreak.
Today's inspection, LPA and Executive Director discussed the six active cases at the facility. LPA will return at a later day to complete walk-through inspection. Additionally, LPA and Executive Director discussed staffing and COVID-19 protocols.
