Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived unannounced to conduct a case management visit. LPA met with Executive Director and explained the purpose of the visit.

Today's visit, LPA is requesting a copy of S1 and S2's 2023 and 2024 Training documents. Please provide to LPA the following documents by end of day via email.
