Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Angela Hood arrived at the facility unannounced and met with the Executive Director, Shari Kranig, to conduct a Required-1 Year Inspection.
During today's visit, LPA reviewed five (5) resident files and five (5) staff files.
As a result of today's visit, no deficiencies were cited per California Code of Regulations, Title 22. LPA will return at a later time to conclude annual inspection.
