Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Hood arrived at the care home today and met with caregiver, Ardene "Flo" Orreta Hart, to conduct an annual required and post licensing inspection. LPA spoke with Administrator, Leyla Ardelean, via telephone call, who gave permission to have caregiver sign report.
