Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Hood arrived at the facility unannounced on April 8, 2026 and met with Licensee to conduct a case management visit to follow-up regarding license fees.
LPA discussed options with Licensee regarding paying license fees or facility closure. Licensee will update LPA on the status of license fees paid.
As of today's visit, no deficiencies were cited per California Code of Regulations, Title 22. Exit interview conducted copy of report given at the conclusion of this visit.
