The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Hood arrived at the care home today and met with Licensee, Angelina Crudo, to conduct an inspection for the closure of the facility.

LPA observed interior/exterior of the facility, including the yard, common areas, dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms. LPA observed that there were no residents at the facility.

LPA informed Licensee that the facility will be closed in the system as of June 21, 2025.
