Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Hood arrived at the facility and met with Licensee, Angelina Crudo, to conduct a case management visit regarding stipulation and waiver and order ordered on April 22, 2025. LPA and Licensee reviewed stipulation during visit.
