Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Hood arrived at the facility and met with Administrator, Angelina Crudo, to conduct a case management health and safety check following an office meeting conducted on 11/28/2023.
During visit, LPA toured the facility and discussed corrections made prior to initiating a follow-up fire inspection. LPA will request another fire inspection following today's visit.
No deficiencies are being cited as a result of today's inspection.
An exit interview was conducted with the Administrator. A copy of this report was provided to the facility. Signature acknowledges receipt of this report.
