Home Care Organization Evaluation Report

Enforcement Analyst (EA) Megan Vigil arrived at the location of the Home Care Organization (HCO) for the purpose of amending and obtaining signatures on the complaint investigation report. EA Vigil met with Licensee Jenny. The amendment was necessary due to additional information requiring clarification, which resulted in an additional meeting and interview with the Licensee.

The interview was conducted in person. During the meeting, EA Vigil reviewed the amended findings with the Licensee, addressed questions, and ensured accuracy of the revised information. The Licensee participated in the interview and acknowledged the amendments.

All applicable complaint investigation reports were successfully amended, reviewed, and signed. The amendment process was completed, and the records accurately reflect the updated information obtained during the additional interview.
