Staff do not complete their assigned duties resulting in the needs of clients being neglected
Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cassie Yang arrived at the facility to deliver the finding of the allegation cited above. LPA met with and explained the purpose of the visit.
For the allegation, Staff do not complete their assigned duties resulting in the needs of clients being neglected, the department conducted extensive interviews and file reviews. Interview conducted with C1 revealed that C1 does not wish to speak to LPA about staffing as C1 feels "triggered". C1 stated C1 is willing to let it go and does not want to bring it up anymore. Interview conducted with C2 revealed that C2 does not have any concerns about staff at this time. Interview with C3 revealed C3 does not want to disclose anything at this time. File review of Lead Checklist revealed consistent documentation of medication count and administration, meal prep, sharp count, and bedroom checks.
As a result of this investigation, the department finds the allegation to be (US)Unsubstantiated - A finding that the complaint is Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
