The inspector’s account

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Valerio arrived unannounced to the facility to conduct a case management visit. LPA met with Licensee Zenida Abriam, and explained the purpose of the visit.

On July 12, 2022, a decision and order was served in the matter of an individual with previous staff. This individual is not allowed to be at the facility or any other licensed facility. This was put into effect July 22, 2022. According to observations, LPA did not observe the individual in the home during the visit.

Per California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22, no deficiencies observed. An exit interview was held, and a copy of the report provided.
