On 10/15/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) arrived at this facility unannounced to conduct the Prelicensing visit. LPA met with the Administrator, Eric Serrano, and stated the purpose of the visit. At this time, the Applicant, Laila Dungca, is out of town and not available to conduct this prelicensing. LPA will schedule the visit at a later date with the Applicant to conduct the prelicensing.
